WFH opportunity | Lead Fullstack Engineer

Work Setup: WFH Training Sched and Setup: Nightshift and might be asked to report onsite Schedule: MIDSHIFT 3PM-12MN MLA Responsibilities:• Lead a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code review • Design and implement robust full-stack solutions using: • React/TypeScript frontend with Mantine component library • Python backend services (Flask, FastAPI, or similar) • GraphQL APIs with Apollo Client (frontend) and Python-based GraphQL servers • Drive technical decision-making processes while balancing business requirements with technical constraints • Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes across the entire stack • Collaborate with product management and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications • Design and implement scalable data models and APIs to support complex business logic • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across multiple applications Required Skills & Experience:• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a leadership role, with experience managing others in both project work and career progression • Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices • Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or similar).
