BPO TSR (hardware) - 100% Remote - Night Shift - Up to 31,000

We are hiring for TSRs for a BPO Company located in BGC This is a remote work and follows a Nightshift Schedule BUT Training and Nesting will be onsite Salary is up to 31,000 package + 18% ND based on overall experience and hiring result Min Requirement of at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry Requirements (must have)• With at least 1 year of hardware and software support experience in the BPO industry • With experience using CRM tools and remote desktop • Customer/client-facing experience is a must • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in ISP Support • Experience with Point of Sale is an advantage • Experience in international center.
