If a bullet could describe almost anyone in your role, add a concrete detail.
Here are 4 examples 👇

❌ “Responsible for customer support.”
✅ “Resolved billing and account-access questions through email and live chat, documenting recurring issues for the product team.”
2. Marketing
❌ “Managed social media.”
✅ “Planned the weekly content calendar, wrote posts and reviewed performance to choose topics for the next cycle.”
3. Operations
❌ “Assisted with daily operations.”
✅ “Tracked incoming requests, assigned owners and followed up on overdue tasks across three teams.”

These are examples — use only details that match your actual experience.
Try this structure:
What you did → how you did it → what changed.
Add a result when you can support it. If you don’t have reliable numbers, describe the scope, deliverable or problem you solved. Don’t invent a percentage.
