🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ You have 7+ years of professional product or UI design experience, ideally on complex products
2️⃣ You have built and scaled design systems and hybrid component libraries across teams, and your portfolio shows it, including component libraries and detailed UI documentation
3️⃣ You’re a Figma expert with hands-on experience managing a design system in it
4️⃣ You understand HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks well enough to design for feasibility and speak engineering’s language
5️⃣ You have a strong grasp of interaction design for both mobile and desktop
6️⃣ You actively use AI tools and AI-enhanced workflows in your design process
7️⃣ You’re ego-free and collaborative. You seek out feedback and critique and keep pushing your craft forward
8️⃣ You’re self-sufficient. You own the design process end to end, manage feedback, and drive execution without micromanagement
9️⃣ You communicate clearly and can explain the reasoning behind your work to designers, engineers, and leadership alike
💡 NICE TO HAVE
1️⃣ You’ve shipped AI or agent-based product experiences
2️⃣ You build and test working prototypes yourself, picking the right tool for the question at hand
3️⃣ Experience with design tokens and front-end design implementation
4️⃣ Knowledge of user testing methodologies and iterative research practices
5️⃣ Experience working with external design or branding agencies
6️⃣ Background in web3, biotech, or decentralised science
